We are investigating intermittent packet loss to secure.lanechange.net. This server host the DNS Manager, order and payment related pages as well as the sending of renewal and payment emails. Our upstream provider has been notified of the packet loss and is investigating.
We will update this thread once the problem is resolved.
As of Sunday, Aug. 9 - connectivity has stabilized. We will assume all has been fixed at this point.
The problem has again returned today. We are investigating....
